The new XLine aluminum windows from INTUS mark a major leap in both design and performance. Created to meet architects’ needs for modern aesthetics and engineering strength, XLine blends rigorous testing, energy efficiency, and advanced production techniques.

    â–   Aluminum windows and doors

    â–   NFRC tested

â–   Ideal for Mid- to High-rise projects

â–   Custom design with a variety of finishes and configurations

Each window begins with strict material inspections and a precision assembly process combining automation and expert craftsmanship. In fact, one finished window per container is randomly selected and challenged with a water and air infiltration test at 50% higher pressure than the project requires ensuring that every single XLine window arriving at the job site will meet and often exceed the code and comfort standards of real-world builds.

This aluminum windows line maintains the kind of robust airtightness and minimal condensation needed for both occupant comfort and energy savings. Acoustic ratings up to STC 47 allow this system to excel in noise-sensitive environments a game-changer for projects near busy roads, rail lines, or airports. Meanwhile, U-values as low as 0.17 provide a tangible boost to thermal insulation in any climate, helping architects realize everything from Passive House concepts to LEED certification goals. With the ability to stand up to high design pressures and water penetration, XLine holds its own in regions prone to harsh weather or high wind loads.

Production reliability is another XLine hallmark. Semi-automated lines ensure tight lead times and consistent quality, while expert oversight ensures a flawless finish. Designed for both performance and style, XLine is perfect for modern high-rises and commercial facades. This system redefines durability and design freedom in one high-performance package.

Eddy on the James in Richmond, Virginia

The Eddy on the James, located along Richmond’s James River, is a bold addition to the city skyline and INTUS Windows is proud to be part of it. Our Supera polymer windows were chosen to block out noise from nearby highways and rail lines, providing residents with peaceful interiors despite the urban bustle. With advanced frame technology and precision glazing, these windows offer more than a view they deliver true acoustic comfort.

Sustainability was also key to the project’s vision, ultimately achieving a LEED Silver certification. Our energy-efficient Supera windows help maintain cooler indoor temperatures during hot southern summers, reducing energy use and enhancing comfort. By combining performance, style, and efficiency, INTUS Windows supports smarter urban living one window at a time.
